I wanted to create a space for our clients and future clients alike, to gain valuable real estate information. Now I have to admit, this blogging thing is not something I have ever done before. So please bear with me as I dive right in to it with you.
Let me start by telling you a little about Terrell Realty Group, LLC.
I am Jennie Terrell, Owner and Managing Broker. I first obtained my real estate license in 1999. WOW! I have been selling real estate for nearly 20 years. That does not age me at all, now does it? I started my real estate career in southern Indiana. It was such a short stint but, I did work for Coldwell Banker in Seymour, Indiana for 6 months. It was a valuable 6 months as I got my feet wet in that arena. After that period of time, I relocated back to my hometown, Wabash, Indiana.There I began working under Steve Peebles, at Peebles Realty Inc. That is where my knowledge of real estate grew. I worked for Steve for many years and then in 2008 (YES I said it, 2008, perfect timing for sure) I bought the business from him.
What a wild ride those first few years were. I managed to keep things moving in a market that had fallen flat. Boy, if I can survive that as a new owner I can most certainly survive anything! I think it was around year 5 of my ownership that Terrell Realty Group was born. I really felt it was time to put my own name on the business I was married to.
Now to introduce my great staff to you:
Pam Simons has been selling real estate for 18 years. A few words from Pam: “I bring experience, loyalty and trust to my real estate world. From the small sales to the big sales, I care about all my clients. I love working with investors, first time home buyers and those looking to upsize or downsize” .
Sarah Mast has been licensed since the fall of 2015. She has been a $1 million producer since her first year and continues to grow that. She is a firecracker and ready to take care of your real estate needs.
Emily Williams has been licensed since 2016. She is quiet but do not let that fool you. Emily is a very caring and compassionate person who is ready to work for you and get the job done!! She is also officially a $1 million producer.
Jacob Terrell obtained his license in 2017. He also produced $1 Million in sale within his first year. Not only does he sell real estate but he is also gaining knowledge in the rental world.
Audrie Randal was licensed this year in 2018. She interned with me for over a year prior. This girl is on task. She will have mastered the Million dollar club before this year is up.
Storm Sinclair Obtained his license in 2018 as well. Storm has had a great deal of experience in the real estate world as an investor. He brings that vast knowledge with him.
Kathy Teal came to me in the last year. She is my support staff. Poor Kathy does just about anything I ask her to do. She has been a great help in keeping me in line when I am so busy I cannot see straight.
This office has been blessed with the MOST awesome team and we operate like a little family here. We are ready and able to attend to your real estate needs.
